PITCHING CLINICS

Starts: April 15th

Age Groups: 9 - 14 Years Old

Dates: APR 15 - APR 22 - APR 28
Times & Locations:

Twin Oaks Middle School
9 Yr Olds: 11:30AM-1:00PM

10&11 Yr Olds: 1:00-2:30PM

12-14 Yr Olds: 2:30-4:00PM

*If nice outside, we will try to get outside; meet in gyms first

Price: $65

Restrictions: Open to all players (max 40 players per age group)

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: March 31st

TO REGISTER: Pitching Clinic - Prior Lake

Structure of Program:

9 yr olds (Stage 1): mechanics, location control, change up, defense - build success

10/11 yr olds (Stage 2): refine mechanics, reading hitters, pitch to all planes, defense - mental game and adjustments

12-14 yr olds (Stage 3): stretch/wind-up, holding runners, off-speed pitches, pitch selection, situational pitching - controlling your game

*We will touch on catching as it relates to defense, holding runners, and the mental game but focus is on pitching primarily.
